Basics

How do I register on Mulefactory.com?
Click on "Register New User" and give us your username, password and e-mail. Make sure that you give us a working e-mail otherwise you will not get our delivery/info e-mails. We can guarantee that your e-mail address will not be given to a third party.
How do I buy items?
Simply choose the correct realm/server and start browsing. Add the items you want to the shopping cart and press 'checkout' to proceed to the payment. PayPal is our primary payment processor (fast, secure and safe). You can also pay by Moneybookers or MuleCredits.
How can I contact you?

You can use our Live Help system. You can find the "Live Help" button on the left side of the site. It automatically becomes active when one of our admin becomes available. Just push it and you get a popup window where you can talk directly with our people.

Alternatively, you can write us an e-mail via our contact page. To help us to answer faster please provide your order ID. Please always leave the old text body intact in any ongoing correspondence.

Where do you get your gold and items from?
All our gold and items are coming from legitimate player controlled in-game activities such as high level monster killing and trading.

Payments and orders

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal and Skrill (Moneybookers) as the main form of payment (both are fast, secure and safe). You can also pay by phone call and get MuleCredits after your call. If you have MuleCredit points, you can use them for shopping too without spending any hard cash.
I do not have paypal nor moneybookers accounts. How can I pay then?
In this case Daopay is the best solution for you! Now you can pay by your mobile or your landline phone.
How can I pay by phone?
Just click on the DaoPay logo on the right side and follow the instructions
When paying by phone, why is the price higher than the amount of MuleCredits I get?
The phone companies charge a lot of money for the transaction and that is why the price is higher. We only receive the price of the credits you get.
Do you accept unverified Paypal payments?
We accept any Paypal payments, but we reserve the right to refund any at our discretion. We also reserve the right to get more information about the customer for larger purchases, whenever we feel it necessary.
How can I track my orders?
All of the order has their own ID. You can see the ID of your orders in your profile. To check the status of your order contact us via LiveHelp, telling us the order ID and we will give you an estimated time of arrival (ETA) of your order.
I made a mistake with my order, can I fix it?
If you haven't sent the payment yet, you can just cancel it and make a new one. If you sent us the payment and it's in progress, you can't change it or delete it. Before you place an order, check all items and the realm of your game.

Using of LiveHelp

What is LiveHelp?
LiveHelp is a chat addon in our site and you can talk with us in real time. Our LiveHelp is online about 20 hours a day, no matter if it's Christmas or Easter, we will be online!
How can I talk with you via LiveHelp?
After you logged in you can click on the LiveHelp icon on the left side and it'll open a pop-up window. The LiveHelp is a simple chat addon, there is a line at the bottom of the window, there you can type your message and send it by pressing Enter.
Why is it good for me?
You can ask about the status of your pending order, help with any problems you met during ordering, we can also help you with ingame questions and give you hints for the games you play. Of course there are some games we don't know well but in most of the games we are selling we can help you out by answering your questions. We cannot help with questing/treasure hunting.

MuleCredits

What are these MuleCredit points?
MuleCredit is a fictional currency that we created to make our pricing and gift system more transparent to our customers, and at the same time make the administration easier for us. It will also allow us to to add even more payment options to the shop later.
Where can I find my current MuleCredit balance?
You can find your MuleCredit balance and transaction history in your profile page.
How can I earn MuleCredit points?
You get free MuleCredit points for every completed order you make on our site, paying by phone or inviting friends.
How can I pay by MuleCredits?
After you filled your shopping cart proceed to check out and when you have to choose between payment methods scroll down to find an "MC card". Click on it, enter your password and you are done.

Invitation

Why should I invite my friends?
If you invite your friends you will get 5% extra Mulecredit after their purchases so you can incrase your MuleCredit balance without spending your real money. The more buddies you have and the more they spend the more you will earn.
How many people can I invite?
As many as you want.
I invited many people but my invitation list is still empty. What happened?
The nickname of your friend will appear on the invitation list right after he finishes the registration process. He needs to register on the site and confirm his e-mail address then you can see his nickname on your list.
I have many people on my invitation list but I have not got any extra MuleCredit. How could this happen?
You get extra MuleCredits if one of them make a purchase on the site. So they should be active on the site.
Where can I see the list of my invited friends?
You can see this list in your profile under the INVITATION link.
How do I know that who is active on my friendlist?
In your profile you can check your MuleCredit transactions and there you can see the username of your friends and the amount of MuleCredits you got after their purchases.

Diablo II

How will I receive the items I bought?
We will create a new account with a new character that carries the items. When this is done we will e-mail you the account name and password. Then you can transfer the items to your characters of choice. We can also help you with that so you don't have to risk the losing of your items by connection issues. If you lose items while transferring we can not be held responsible and will not replace them. Alternatively, you can tell us your account name and password so we can mule for you.
How long does it take?
Unless further verification is needed we will deliver within 24 hours. 90% of our orders are delivered within 1-4 hours.
More than 24 hours has passed and I still haven't got my items, what should I do?
Reply to the order notification and state that you haven't received items or login information yet. Make sure to provide us with the order ID that was provided in the automatic e-mail sent to you for tracking purposes. The most common problem is that the buyer has a full mail box or spam filter settings block our delivery e-mail.
Can I get help with transferring items?
If you feel insecure about transferring on your own you can contact us via our LiveHelp and we will do everything to help you. This is the safest way to transfer your ordered items. We can't take responsibility after we delivered the items because of connection issues, personal reasons or so).
How do I know whether an item is character class specific or not?
Items that only can be used by a certain character class have this clearly stated in the item description.
What are or "unperm" items?
Unperm is just a nicer way of saying "duped". If an item is said to be "duped", this means that it has been duplicated, or copied. In the past there have existed exploits in the Diablo 2 game that allowed players to copy items. Blizzard wittingly added a scan to check for these illegitimate items and delete them. There are ways to reduce the likelihood of your items being deleted by the Scan but no method is 100% safe. MuleFactory cannot offer replacements for lost unperm items. The upside to duped items is that they are usually many times cheaper than their legit counterparts. A legit 40ed/15ias jewel might be worth upwards of $50, but a duped one could go for as little as $4.00. Most players feel that the price savings in duped items outweighs the risk.
How can I protect my duped items from the dupe scan?
  1. Don't carry duped items around with you from game to game. Keep them on a character you don't often use until you're ready to use them.
  2. Trade-Cancel ("perm method"emotions immediately before you leave every game. Opening a trade screen with another player and closing it will remove deletion flags from your items. Deletion flags may be reapplied to your item if you do not leave immediately after opening and closing the trade screen.
  3. If your duped item is a Rune or Jewel, simply put it in a socket. It will be forever permanent and as good as legit, whether it's duped or not.
You don't sell the item I'm looking for. Can I put in a request?
Definitely! If you don't see the item you want, just send us an e-mail or ask our representatives via LiveHelp. We have tons of items in our inventory. Chances are we've got what you're looking for. If you need a special item like a perfect runeword or any trophies, we will find one for you. You can contact us for rare items too.
Can I buy items on one realm and use them on another?
No. Items are not interchangeable between realms. A Hardcore character cannot use Softcore items and vice versa. USWest Characters cannot use USEast or Europe items, Ladder characters cannot use non-Ladder items, Classic characters cannot use Expansion items. A character may only use items that exist on the same realm as it does. While you're shopping, make sure that you are ordering items for the appropriate realm. If you don't know which realm your character is on, please contact us and we'll be glad to help you figure it out.

Guild wars

What do I have to know about the ordering?
Check the status of the live help. If it is online, you can get your Guild Wars items right after the purchase. You just have to contact us this way, telling your order ID. Our Guild Wars delivery always takes place in the Great Temple of Balthazar (Europe, French District-1). We have two different methods of the delivery, depending on the items you bought.
  1. We ask you to trade through trade window. You always have to give us something in return.
  2. You should accept the invitation of our character, then we will leave the town and the items will be dropped on the floor.
Never talk ingame! Always contact us via Livehelp and we can talk there.
Your LiveHelp is offline, what should I do now?
If our livehelp is offline we will mail you in 2-3 hours about the delivering of your order.
How do I receive my Platinum?
We are going to give the platinum through trade window. The maximum amount you can get with one trade is 100k. You have to give us something in return, so we can fake the trading. The items will be given back to you after the delivery.
How do I receive my Ecto/Z-key/Lockpick?
We are going to invite you, you should accept the party invitation and we will go out of the Great Temple of Balthazar to the Isle of the Nameless. We will drop the items you ordered, you pick them up and we can disband the party.

Last Chaos

How do I receive my ordered items?
We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready to be delivered. After that we meet ingame, we give you the items through trade window, you have to give us something in return so we can trade safe. Please note that we can't take responsiblity for the items after you received them.Never talk ingame! Always contact us via Livehelp and we can talk here.

Our Last Chaos delivery always takes place in Juno. We will trade via trade window. You always have to fill the trade window with unneeded items.

How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the current stock but you will receive your ordered items within 24 hours for sure.
I'm looking for something else that is not in the selection. Is there any way to order them?
Of course there is. Just send us an e-mail with the server and the exact item name you are looking for and we try to get it. The price of the item will be sent to you in e-mail as well.

How do I receive my ordered items?
We will send you an e-mail as soon as your order is ready to be delivered. We are able to deliver the Adena face to face in Aden/Talking Island Village. Always give us something unneeded in return. Please note that we can't take responsibility for the items once you received them. Please never talk ingame!
