Basics

How do I register on Mulefactory.com?
Click on "Register New User" and give us your username, password and e-mail. Make sure that you give us a working e-mail otherwise you will not get our delivery/info e-mails. We can guarantee that your e-mail address will not be given to a third party.
How do I buy items?
Simply choose the correct realm and mode and start browsing. Add the items you want to the shopping cart and press 'checkout' to proceed with payment. PayPal is our primary payment processor (fast, secure, safe).
Can I get a discount if I buy a lot of items?
You can always find our current discount options on our opening page.
How do I know whether an item is character class specific or not?
Items that only can be used by a certain character class have this clearly stated in the item description.
Do you buy/trade items?
We do not buy/trade items.
Are these items legit?
All the items we sell are legit unless otherwise noted.
How can I contact you?
We will answer any question via our contact page. To help us to answer faster please provide your order ID. Please always leave the old text body intact in any ongoing correspondence. Alternatively, you can use our Live Help system. You can find the "Live Help" button on the left side of the site. It automatically becomes active when one of our admin becomes available. Just push it and you get a popup window where you can talk directly with our people.

Payments and orders

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal and Skrill (Moneybookers) as the main form of payment (both are fast, secure and safe). If you have some MuleCredit points, you can use that for shopping too without spending any hard cash.
I do not have paypal nor moneybookers accounts. How can I pay then?
In this case Daopay is the best solution for you! Now you can pay by your mobile or your landline phone.
Do you accept unverified Paypal payments?
We accept any Paypal payments, but we reserve the right to refund any at our discretion. We also reserve the right to get more information about the customer for larger purchases, whenever we feel it necessary.
Can I pay by phone?
Yes you can! Daopay is the best solution for you! Now you can pay by your mobile or your landline phone. Just click on the DaoPay logo on the right side and follow the instructions;
How will I receive the items I bought? (Diablo II)
We will create a new account with a new character(s) that carries the item(s). When this is done we will e-mail you the account name and password. Then you can transfer the item(s) to your character(s) of choice. If you lose items while transferring we can not be held responsible and will not replace them. Alternatively, you can tell us your account name and password so we can mule for you. Make sure to provide a working e-mail address when you register or we won't be able to e-mail you the order!
How long does it take?
Unless further verification is needed we will deliver within 48 hours. Normally you will have your items in 1-24 hours.
Can I get help with transferring items?
We are limited in our ability to meet up in games on battle.net for item transfers due to time limitations. If you feel insecure about transferring on your own you can contact us via our Live Help system and we will do everything to help you. If you want to transfer the items on your own you should read this mule guide first.
More than 48 hours has passed and I still haven't got my items, what should I do?
Reply to the order notification and state that you haven't received items or login information yet. Make sure to provide us with the order ID that was provided in the automatic e-mail sent to you for tracking purposes. The most common problem is that the buyer has a full mail box or spam filter settings block our delivery e-mail.
I made a mistake with my order, can I fix it?
If you haven't sent the payment yet, you can just cancel it and make a new one. If you sent us the payment and it's in progress, you can't change it or delete it. Before you place an order, check all items and the realm of your game.

MuleCredits

What are these MuleCredit points?
MuleCredit is a fictional currency that we created to make our pricing and gift system more transparent to our customers, and at the same time make the administration easier for us. It will also allow us to to add even more payment options to the shop later. You can find your MuleCredit balance and transaction history on the profile page.
How can I earn MuleCredit points?
You get free MuleCredit points for every completed order you make on our site. You can always find the current conditions on our front page.
I have a positive MuleCredit balance. What can I do with it?
You can shop for items and pay from your MuleCredit balance. Just choose the MuleCredit payment option on the checkout page, and enjoy shopping while no real money spent. :-)

Invitation

Why should I invite my friends?
If you invite your friends you will get 5% extra Mulecredit after their purchases. So you can incrase your MuleCredit balance without spending your money or credits. The more buddies you have and the more they spend the more you will earn.
How many people can I invite?
As many as you want.
I invited many people but my invitation list is still empty. What happened?
The nickname of your friend will appear on the invitation list right after he finishes the registration process. He needs to register on the site and confirm his e-mail address. Then you can see his nickname on your list.
I have many people on my invitation list but I have not got any extra MuleCredit. How could this happen?
You get extra MuleCredits if one of them make a purchase on the site. So they should be active on the site.
Where can I see the list of my invited friends?
You can see this list in your profile under the INVITATION link.
How do I know that who is active on my friendlist?
In your profile you can check your MuleCredit transactions and there you can see the username of your friend(s) and the amount of MuleCredits you got after his/their purchase(s).

Duped / unperm (Diablo II)

What are "duped" or "unperm" items?
Unperm is just a nicer way of saying "duped". The word "dupe" is short for "duplicate". If an item is said to be "duped", this means that it has been duplicated, or copied. In the past there have existed exploits in the Diablo 2 game that allowed players to copy items. Blizzard wittingly added a scan to check for these illegitimate items and delete them. There are ways to reduce the likelihood of your items being deleted by The Scan but no method is 100% safe. MuleFactory cannot offer replacements for lost unperm items. The upside to duped items is that they are usually many times cheaper than their legit counterparts. A legit 40ed/15ias jewel might be worth upwards of $100, but a duped one could go for as little as $4.00. Most players feel that the price savings in duped items outweighs the risk.
How can I protect my duped items from the dupe scan?
1. Don't carry duped items around with you from game to game. Keep them on a character you don't often use until you're ready to use them.
2. Trade-Cancel ("perm method") immediately before you leave every game. Opening a trade screen with another player and closing it will remove deletion flags from your items. Deletion flags may be reapplied to your item if you do not leave immediately after opening and closing the trade screen.
3. If your duped item is a Rune or Jewel, simply put it in a socket. It will be forever permanent and as good as legit, whether it's duped or not.
You don't sell the item I'm looking for. Can I put in a request?
Definitely! If you don't see the item you want, just send us a message. We have tons of items in our inventory. Chances are we've got what you're looking for. If you need a special item like a perfect runeword or annihilus, we will find one for you. You can contact us for rare items too.
Can I buy items on one realm and use them on another?
No. Items are not interchangeable between realms. A Hardcore character cannot use Softcore items and vice versa. USWest Characters cannot use USEast or Europe items, Ladder characters cannot use non-Ladder items, Classic characters cannot use Expansion items. A character may only use items that exist on the same realm as it does. While you're shopping, make sure that you are ordering items for the appropriate realm. If you don't know which realm your character is on, please contact us and we'll be glad to help you figure it out.

Guild wars

  • Our Guild Wars delivery always takes place in the Great Temple of Balthazar (Europe, French District-1). We have two different methods of the delivery, depending on the items you bought. (it is much safer to trade this way)
  • Check the status of the live help. If it is online, you can get your Guild Wars items right after the purchase. So please contact with our live help :)
  • You should accept the invitation of our character, then we will leave the town and the items will be dropped there.
  • If our livehelp is offline we will mail you in 2-3 hours about the delivering of your order.
  • Never talk ingame! Always contact us via Livehelp and we can talk there.
How do I receive my Platinum?
We are going to give the platinum through trade window. The maximum amount you can get with one trade is 100k. You have to give us something in return, so we can fake the trading. The items will be given back to you after the delivery.
How do I receive my Ecto/Z-key/Lockpick?
We are going to invite you, you should accept the party invitation and we will go out of the Great Temple of Balthazar to the Isle of the Nameless. We will drop the items you ordered, you pick them up and we can disband the party.

World of warcraft

It is boosting one of the trade skills to its current maximum level. You can make various, high quality items by your profession and lets you to make gold much easier than grinding and farming.
How do you level my profession?
We will login to your account after you ordered the service and get the required materials for your profession which is going to be leveled. After we got the materials and leveled the selected profession you will be able to create any items you want which is accessable with your maxed profession.
What is reputation leveling?
It is raising the reputation of your character with the chosen faction. By each level you are closer to the maximum reputation level you will be able to buy better items or get exclusive mounts from the vendors of the selected faction. Exalted reputations are the criterias of some achievements.
What do I have to do if I want to order a service?
Select the profession or reputation which you want to be boosted. When you are checking out you can find a notice field. Please fill it with your account information. Don't forget to tell us your character name! Please make sure you have a valid game card and the account authenticator is disabled. If its enabled we can't get into your account and the service can't be compeleted! After you placed the order please don't login to your account until the service is done. If you want to know its current progress please contact us via Livehelp.
If you are interested in reputation leveling please make sure you ordered in the correct faction.
What else do you need to get my profession or reputation leveled?
The character must be level 75 or higher. You have to leave 6000 gold on the desired character. For reputation leveling we don't need any gold just your geared character. If there is any gold left after we completed the profession leveling it will remain on your account with the items which are made through the service.
I want to order a gathering profession leveling, what do I need to get this leveled?
Your character must know the Artisan Riding. You don't have to leave gold on the account.
I already have some materials which can be used through the leveling. Can you use them to level up my profession?
Of course we can. If you already got materials the leveling will take less gold. Please contact us before you place your order and we will let you know how less gold will be required to complete the profession leveling.
How long does the leveling take?
That depends on the currect selection of the Auction House. It will take 2-4 days to complete.
Can I order multiple services at once?
Of course you can but the completion time will take longer. The time depends on the amount of the ordered services.
