Combining Life, Mana and Energy Shield gives a really huge pool of "Effective Life". 100% Spell Suppression, 100% Elemental Ailment Avoidance, High Chaos Resistance, Huge Recovery and 4 Endurance Charges, overall this means build has no any issues with survival!

Ranged caster, high cast speed, freezes everything, amazing damage while both clearing and bossing, great mobility with Frostblink of Wintry Blast. With new Automation Support and Kitava's Thirst helmet, half of your utilities automatically casts, which makes gameplay really comfortable!
