This passive skill tree ensures that you can equip these items and max level six-link gems. You will be able to wear all the items already at level 84.

How build works:
Tempest Flurry goes faster with the more Attack Speed you have and you directly scale Attack Speed from dexterity, so getting more and more dexterity will vastly increase your speed. Movement speed has no affect on how fast you go with this build.

Strength = Life/Energy Shield/Increased Damage
Intelligence = Mana/Flat Damage/Area Of Effect
Dexterity = Attack Speed/Speed(since Attack Speed = Movement Speed)

If you want speed you can do Dex > Int > Str
If you want Damage then go Int > Dex > Str
Your lowest attribute should always be within 20% of your 2nd lowest Attribute 
Example speed setup: 900 Dex, 700 Int and 500 Strength
Example DPS Setup: 900 Int, 700 Dex and 500 Strength
You can easily adjust your attributes through your passive tree

Character resistances:

Chaos: 30 %

You can get more than 200 Rarity by replacing Soul Cores in Helmet, Gloves, Boots, Body Armour. You also can get a lot more Life, Energy Shield, Damage, Area of ​​Effect or Attack Speed by simply re-specifying your attributes in the talent tree.
This is a very flexible build that allows you to configure everything perfectly for yourself, except for the incredible power that you will get even without delving into fine tuning

This is our mapping weapon with maximum attack speed for our attacker and part-time movement skill Tempest Flurry.

Weapon2: 
Pillar Of The Caged God with 12% Increased Weapon Damage per 5 Strength and two socketed Soul Cores with Penetrate 30% Elemental Resistances.
swap only for Pinnacle bosses like The Arbiter of Ash (lvl 4) or Xesht (lvl 4)

Body Armour:
5 Socketed Corrupted Morior Invictus with 5% Increased Attributes and 10 % to all Elemental Resistances per Socketed Soul Core.
This armor gives the maximum increase in attributes and allows you to replace Resistance Soul Cores with Soul Cores for Rarity for the most effective farming of maps. This build does not require a cap of resistances, it deals with maps of any difficulty in a matter of minutes with one pressed button Tempest Flurry.

Helmet: 
Atziri's Disdain Corrupted with +30 to Spirit and socketed with Resistance or Rarity Soul Cores
Huge boost to survivability due to a strong increase in Energy Shield from base Life, which is accelerated by Attributes.

A few words about weapon settings. We can set up auras that will work on each weapon slot. To do this, open the "G" gem menu, open the additional menu by clicking on the arrow icon. There we will find the line: Used with weapon set.

So we have activated Grim Feast, Herald of Thunder, Herald of Ice, Wind Dancer when we mapping with weapon1. When you click on "X" we have activated Grim Feast, Cast on Shock, Combat Frenzy for bossing.
These settings will help kill the boss a second faster, in fact they can only be useful on pinnacle bosses of the fourth rank because 99% of all game content disappears before you even notice it.

At the current state of the game, there are no enemies that can effectively counter an attribute stacker. This build has devastating damage, incredible survivability and insane movement speed. With its flexibility, map-clearing potential, and near-immortality, it stands as one of the most broken and satisfying builds in Path of Exile 2. If you want to erase content before you even see it — this is your weapon of choice.
