How do I receive the items I have bought?

When you place your Diablo 2 Resurrected order please leave us a note with your character name. We do not keep items in stock and the delivery might take a little time but we will start working on it right away. Once we are ready to deliver you will be notified in email. After the notification please contact us through Livehelp which can be accessed from our Help Center. You will need to create a password protected game and wait for us to enter. Once we met in game, your items will be traded to you. For security reasons, please NEVER talk in-game, we can continue talking via LiveHelp.
