How do I receive the items I have bought?

While you are placing an order, please fill in the name field with your Final Fantasy XIV character's name. Our delivery agent will find you in-game and send you a friend request. After you accept the request, we will be able to trade the goods directly to you, or via in-game email. We'd like to ask you to be online as often as possible and check your mailbox, as we might send you an email about the delivery. For security reasons, please do not speak in-game.
