How do I receive my ordered items?
You have to contact our LiveHelp to arrange the in-game delivery. Our direct delivery for Runescape 3 takes place in Varrock near to the Grand Exchange. In OS Runescape we trade face to face at Lumbridge Bank. Once we open the trade window, you should always give us something , which you don't need, in return because of security issues. Please, make sure you have valid membership if you are willing to buy "pay to play" (members only) items.
