All services on www.mulefactory.com (MuleFactory) remain sole property of the gaming company (or studio), manufacture and are subject to the afore said companies' Terms of Service and restrictions.
Once MuleFactory has completed delivery of your purchase, transferring and keeping items safe is your sole responsibility. MuleFactory is not accountable for any items lost from, but not limited to, user-errors, hacks, Trojans, account thefts, lags, game drops, rollbacks and patches.
MuleFactory does not provide services for anyone under 18 without the express consent of a parent or legal guardian. Mulefactory reserves the rights to cancel your orders or suspend your account from further purchases whenever the account activity becomes suspicious with a possibility of unauthorized purchase, usage of multiple accounts, abusing our service bonuses (free items), harassing the staff, blackmailing or threatening them. When we detect that your activity has ran counter to the law, we escalate the case to the authorities and prosecute the person at their competent judicial body.
MuleFactory only transfers items made by player controlled in-game activities that doesn't involve any automatization.
When placing an order on MuleFactory, you pay for our time investment, completing the orders which are services with activities like monster killing and trading. The pictures on the website are strictly for demonstration of how the item transferred will going to look like with some exceptions. These pictures remain the property of the game developers and studios and are for information purposes only. Our website and company is not partnered with any game studios whatsoever.
MuleFactory does not provide services for users in New Zealand. Citizens of New Zealand are not allowed to use our website.
Activities and services against a game's Terms of Usage might result in a game account closure.
Accuracy and efficacy of all personal contact information provided for account registration and delivery of product is your sole responsibility. MuleFactory is not liable for any unauthorized activity that takes place under your account name and/or password, including, but not restricted to, unauthorized purchases. You are accountable for controlling access to your account at MuleFactory and maintaining the security of your computer.

If MuleFactory agrees with your assessment, then we will offer upon return of the purchase a replacement item or equivalent dollar credit towards another transaction.

If you do not wish to receive a part of your order, or refuse to go through the verification that your order may require before it gets delivered, there is an opportunity for refund.
