MuleFactory is has been formed in 2007 by a few gamers with a goal to serve the community's needs by helping them to obtain their in-game items easier. At first we focused on Diablo 2 items but as many major titles appeared, we also adopted to other games.
When the company was formed we decided on a name that is easy to memorize and is not common. The mule refers to the way of our Diablo 2 delivery, through mule accounts. The factory is a reference to the quick and flawless way of delivering goods, just like in a factory.
After Diablo 2, we set on eyes on Guild Wars series, then Diablo 3, Path of Exile and FIFA. Currently we are one of the biggest shops you can find on the market, but our passion makes us different.

Keep in mind the game that I always buy for is Path of Exile, but I have bought an item in Diablo 3, which also had a quick turnaround time. Keep in mind since there's no trading in Diablo other than when the other players are in the party with you, they will have to play your account. If you are okay with that, then by all means go for it. I had no issues, got my account back in one day (Was getting Mask of Jeram a loooong time ago, when it wasn't as easy), which is actually really incredible. For the time it would take to get such items, the grinding, the toil of hunting for trades, Mulefactory for PoE (since I play PoE) delivers at incredible speed, with incredible accuracy with intuitive website design. 2018-07-02Commited to customers!I always get my purchased items or in game currency within the time given, IE: 0-1hr.They made a mistake with my order, in doing so they gave me the wrong in game currency. To rectify this mistake, they gave me the currency which i ordered and told me to keep the wrong currency they gave me.This was provided through the Live Help feature!.
