MuleFactory is has been formed in 2007 by a few gamers with a goal to serve the community's needs by helping them to obtain their in-game items easier. At first we focused on Diablo 2 items but as many major titles appeared, we also adopted to other games.
When the company was formed we decided on a name that is easy to memorize and is not common. The mule refers to the way of our Diablo 2 delivery, through mule accounts. The factory is a reference to the quick and flawless way of delivering goods, just like in a factory.
After Diablo 2, we set on eyes on Guild Wars series, then Diablo 3, Path of Exile and FIFA. Currently we are one of the biggest shops you can find on the market, but our passion makes us different.
We are active players from all around the world. When you contact us you can be sure that there is another gamer reciving your message and your case will be handled with outstanding care. Don't hesitate to contact us at any time when something comes up, we are available and ready to help you 24/7.
MuleFactory offers services for different online games which helps players catch up that don't have sufficent time to play. These services have different prices as their completion requires different amount of time. When paying for a service, you pay for the time invested and MuleFactory does not responsible of selling in-game items which during the service, always remains the property of the game studios.
MuleFactory completes services by hand controlled activities that does not involve third party programs nor automatization on any way that would otherwise affect the economy of the games in question.
Pictures and videos shown on MuleFactory's website are strictly for demonstration to show how the item we are getting for you will look like. This media content on the website also remains the property of the owners and are being used for informational purposes only.

2018-05-18PERFECT 11/10+ Price: Very low+ Costumer care: Very high+ Live chat: Very fast and helpful. Operators are very nice as well.+ Support: Very detailed+ Safety: Very high (loss in delivery speed)+ Verification: Very useful to protect your money. Once completely verificated, you won't be asked anymore to provide anything.- Delivery: They are a bit slow (gain in safety)- Verifications: Some of them might result unnecessary1st purchase: Bought 500k coins using player auction. They cover taxes and some of the price of the card you list. (5 min delivery).2nd purchase: Bought 300k coins for a friend using comfort trade (2 hour delivery).3rd purchase: My bad, after a player auction (400k) on this site I've been coin wiped. They explained me what I did wrong, giving me examples on what is the best thing to do and how do they work, and I've been refunded in a couple of hours. (They were out of stock, delivery time 1 hour).4th purchase: Bought 3M coins using comfort trade, took few hours but it is justified by the amount of coins and by the quality of the service, ea tax is covered, extremely safe ~ up to 5M safe comfort trade per day ~. (5 hours delivery).5th purchase: Bought 3M coins at 3p.m. delivered at 9.51p.m.6th purchase: Bought 2M coins for a friend at 4.30p.m. delivered at 8.54p.m.Extremely recommend buying here, don't care about the bad reviews. Mulefactory.com is the best.Advice: use comfort trade/buy player cards, it's safer and cheaper..
2017-11-24Very helpful and co-operative..
2020-05-05I purchased a huge amount of coins - 500.000 via playerauction, there was some issue due my cards were duplicated by someone else, there was more of the same on the market with the same details as mine. However, i received all of my coins, they contacted me via email about the problem, i had to relist some players again with different prices, but in the end i received my coins what i paid for. I was really satisfied with the fast and professional customer service, they replied to my emails in less than 10 minutes. Definately recommend them to anybody..
2016-11-28The order details I provided were unfortunately wrong but I spoke to Mythos on chat who resolved them in a matter of seconds and pushed my order straight through. I've used other sites in the past and had to wait hours for a response from customer service but Mythos fixed the issue immediately. Overall I was very impressed with the service I received and would highly recommend Mulefactory. Very friendly and fast service at a great price..
2018-08-13a little bit of a wait time, but they made it worth my while. will absolutely use again.
2019-04-18This site was incredibly fast and nice to work with 10 out of 10. Yes - you have to do the ID thing - but then they do actually take care of business..
