Diablo II: Resurrected Ladder Season 11 Begins June 20

2025.06.18

The next competitive climb in Diablo II: Resurrected is just around the corner. On June 20, Ladder Season 11 begins, opening a new chapter for seasoned players and fresh challengers alike. For fans of the classic ARPG experience, it’s another chance to rise through the ranks, chase for the best Diablo 2 Resurrected Items, and test builds against the relentless forces of the Burning Hells.

The Ladder format in Diablo II: Resurrected continues to attract a dedicated community. Each season brings with it a full reset and a clean slate. Everyone starts from scratch, with no shared gear, no shortcuts, and no safety nets. That’s part of the appeal; progress feels earned, and the race to level 99 starts again.

Season 11 launches at different times depending on the region. Players in North America can begin on June 20 at 5:00 p.m. PDT. People in Europe will get access in the early hours of June 21 at 2:00 a.m. CEST, while Asia sees the rollout on June 21 at 9:00 a.m. KST. Expect the servers to get busy during launch as longtime fans and new fans jump into the new race.

Multiple Ladder modes return, offering something for every type of player. Four core versions are available:

  • The Pre-Expansion Ladder offers the original four acts.
  • Pre-Expansion Hardcore brings the same challenge, but with permadeath.
  • The standard Ladder includes all five acts with the Lord of Destruction expansion.
  • Hardcore Ladder is for players who want the full expansion experience with only one life.

As always, characters created during the season will eventually transfer to non-ladder mode once the season ends. Shared Stash management is also important. D2R Items stored in the stash during the current season will become available in “Withdraw Only” tabs when transferred. However, space is limited. Players who haven’t cleared out leftover D2R Items from earlier seasons may lose them permanently. Anything not withdrawn before the end of Season 11 will be gone for good once the new stash overwrites the old.

Season 11 doesn’t introduce sweeping changes, but it reinforces what the Diablo II Ladder is about: pure, focused progression. Optimizing gear, racing against the clock, or simply starting fresh with nothing but a weapon and a will to survive, the upcoming season offers plenty of reasons to return.

Gear up, choose a build, and prepare for another run through Sanctuary’s darkest corners. The demons are not going to kill themselves.
