In the run up to Christmas, anticipation and hype is building for the next instalment of promotional event from EAFC24. FUTMAS is just around the corner! FUTMAS is a yearly event created by EA to celebrate the holiday season. Typically, EA release promo packs, daily squad building challenges and so much more. In this article, we'll be taking a look at what we can expect over the next few weeks in FC.

When Does FUTMAS Start in EAFC25?

As explained, FUTMAS is a promotion which runs for approximately two weeks over the festive period. In previous years, we've seen daily squad building challenges, promo packs, new pack offers and so much more. This will be the final promo event of the year before the much anticipated Team Of The Year which is set to be released sometime in January.

This year, FUTMAS starts at 6PM UK time and from that point, we should see daily updated content until the end of the promo event.

Once the 25th of December has passed, FUTMAS will continue, however, the promotions will not be as good as those prior to this date.

What Happens in FUTMAS?

In previous years, FUTMAS wasn't as highly anticipated as it is today. The promotion only started to become a major event back in FIFA 17.

With this in mind, we've taken a look at the old promotions and as a result, here's what you can expect in FUTMAS in FIFA:

• Daily FUTMAS squad building challenges
• Improved coin rewards for completing games
• Different rewards in both Division Rivals and FUT Champions 
• Daily gifts

The daily FUTMAS squad building challenges will be what draws the most attention to this promo event. There will be three new player SBC's released every single day from the start of the event but they will only be available for 24 hours. This means that over the course of the promo event, there will be 30 FUTMAS themed players released. 

The unique twist with FUTMAS squad building challenges is that, the challenges will be released like a countdown based on the player's shirt numbers. 

Preparing For FUTMAS in EA FC 25

So we know what's on the way, what can we do to prepare? The first, and easiest way to prepare, would be to take a look back at what EA has done in previous versions of the game. This will give you a better idea of what's to come over the next couple of weeks. However, please be aware, that EA do try to change things every now and again, so you need to be on your toes should you be planning to profit off the back of any new squad building challenges.
