How do I receive my ordered items?
We usually deliver your order via in-game mail. This method of delivery is always used for WoW items and for gold by default. We can also agree on face-to-face delivery, in this case please leave us a note with your request.
In World of Warcraft, our delivery is a little bit different from delivery in other games, that's why the minimum order value is fixed, thus, we cannot deliver orders under 10 USD/100 MC.
