About the mulefactory
MuleFactory is has been formed in 2007 by a few gamers with a goal to serve the community's needs by helping them to obtain their in-game items easier. At first we focused on Diablo 2 items but as many major titles appeared, we also adopted to other games.
When the company was formed we decided on a name that is easy to memorize and is not common. The mule refers to the way of our Diablo 2 delivery, through mule accounts. The factory is a reference to the quick and flawless way of delivering goods, just like in a factory.
After Diablo 2, we set on eyes on Guild Wars series, then Diablo 3, Path of Exile and FIFA. Currently we are one of the biggest shops you can find on the market, but our passion makes us different.

Great service. Diablo 3 RoS At first I was skeptical about giving out my acc to a company with so few reviews. I ordered "the furnace" the website says average delivery time is 4 hours, it took them about 36 however it was not their fault they cannot control the games random drop rate, they were on my account almost immediately after ordering and did not sign off until they found it. Gained 110 paragon levels. The online help replied almost instantly and was very nice and helpfull. The email serice replied within 15 minutes. Overall it was a great experience and I will most definitely use them again..

There's a few steps I wasn't aware about in the beginning in terms of verification, but it's no worries at all. I see some low reviews about it being shady, which I don't see tbh. When they want you to verify certain things the instructions clearly said to cover everything sensitive, for example with Passport you would cover the number and with credit card only show the last 4 digits, so I don't understand the people who get upset about that. I am actually glad they are checking these things so no one can abuse my credit card.On top of that perfect support service, they are replying instantly and always clear in what the steps are.Will be using this again..
