About the mulefactory
MuleFactory is has been formed in 2007 by a few gamers with a goal to serve the community's needs by helping them to obtain their in-game items easier. At first we focused on Diablo 2 items but as many major titles appeared, we also adopted to other games.
When the company was formed we decided on a name that is easy to memorize and is not common. The mule refers to the way of our Diablo 2 delivery, through mule accounts. The factory is a reference to the quick and flawless way of delivering goods, just like in a factory.
After Diablo 2, we set on eyes on Guild Wars series, then Diablo 3, Path of Exile and FIFA. Currently we are one of the biggest shops you can find on the market, but our passion makes us different.

MuleFactory offers services for different online games which helps players catch up that don't have sufficent time to play. These services have different prices as their completion requires different amount of time. When paying for a service, you pay for the time invested and MuleFactory does not responsible of selling in-game items which during the service, always remains the property of the game studios.
MuleFactory completes services by hand controlled activities that does not involve third party programs nor automatization on any way that would otherwise affect the economy of the games in question.

I've used this before and it worked in 5 minutes. However this time there was maintenance (which at the time, i didn't know) so i contacted customer support 12 hours (I had to sleep) later. They were so helpful and instantly finished my purchase right as I asked. Even better, it's 24/7 support. Will definitely use again (they also have low prices!).

Service is incredible. I've bought from them over 10 times now, and I've NEVER had to wait for more than 3 MINUTES! Hands down the BEST RMT websites I've used, and I've used quite a bit. Keep in mind the game that I always buy for is Path of Exile, but I have bought an item in Diablo 3, which also had a quick turnaround time. Keep in mind since there's no trading in Diablo other than when the other players are in the party with you, they will have to play your account. If you are okay with that, then by all means go for it. I had no issues, got my account back in one day (Was getting Mask of Jeram a loooong time ago, when it wasn't as easy), which is actually really incredible. A+ Sellers, I will definitely be coming back to purchase in the future. If you do not believe me, I will post a picture of my order history just to show you.PS: Everyone I've talked to responds FAST with perfect english. They do not say "sir" over and over like the annoying Asian customer support garbage other RMT websites have. I do not have anything against the race, but you have to admit trying to resolve something that you purchased with real money and the person helping you can't speak or type worth a damn in the language you know can be extremely nerve-wracking and frustrating. You will not experience that with this company. Even if they are based outside of the US I've only ever had amazing "Live Chat Help" experiences with this company.
