Rerolls modifier values on an item

Rerolls the values of the modifiers of an item. The reroll value only applies for the same modifier tier.

Divine Orb is a very valuable POE 2 Currency. It can used to reroll the modifiers on an item within the same tier. For example if you find having your additional damage or movement speed too low on an item, you can use this orb to reroll their values, possibly increasing them.
