How do I receive my Path of Exile 2 order?

When your Path of Exile 2 order is ready, you will receive a notification email.

After receiving the email, we recommend reaching out to our live help team for a smooth delivery process. Please prepare as follows:

Log in to the game and bring your character in Clearfell (Normal Difficulty) with an empty inventory. Please ensure you use the character name provided in your order, as one of our team members will send you a party invite based on it.

For security reasons, please DO NOT communicate in-game during the transaction. Place put any random rare item in the trade window if possible. If not, any other item will work.
