PoE 2 Mirror of Kalandra is the rarest PoE item in the sequel aswell. If you find one, you've either been grinding endgame for a long time or got really lucky. It lets you copy a rare PoE item, and that's all, but it is more than enough to be the best PoE orb in the game.

How to Get It

It can drop anywhere, but the chance is extremely low. It doesn't matter if you're farming bosses, maps, or chests—the drop rate is always tiny. Still, most players who get one find it in the late game, when they're running high-tier content.

If you want to improve your odds even slightly:

• Use Waystones that increase PoE item rarity.
• Stack loot bonuses like Remnants or modifiers in Expedition.
• Stick to high-area-level content.

Even then, you'll still need luck. Some players never see one. Others find one early on. There's no reliable farming method.

You can also buy one from other players, but they cost a ton. Expect to pay around 1,000+ PoE 2 Divine Orb, depending on the economy.

How to Use It

Using a Mirror is simple:

• Right-click the Mirror.
• Left-click the rare PoE item you want to copy.

That's it. The copy shows up in your inventory. But there are a few rules:

You can't mirror Uniques, Corrupted PoE items, or already Mirrored PoE Items.

The copy can't be modified after. No crafting, no chaos orbs, nothing.

That's why players usually mirror only their best possible rare item, such as one with perfect stats for a high-end build. Some keep the copy for themselves, while others sell it.

If the item is good enough, selling the copy can earn you a massive amount of PoE 2 currency. In some cases, more than the Mirror itself.
