Get ready, exiles! Patch 0.2.0: Dawn of the Hunt is going live today, and it’s bringing some serious shakeups to Path of Exile 2. The update includes the game’s first full economy reset, a brand-new class, several new ascendancies, and a bunch of new loot to chase. Here’s what you need to know before you jump in.

Global Launch Times

The update rolls out at the same time worldwide — no region-based delay.

• US & South America: 12 PM PST / 3 PM EDT / 4 PM BRT (April 4)
• Europe: 7 PM GMT / 8 PM CET / 9 PM EET (April 4)
• Asia: 11 PM GST / 12:30 AM IST / 3 AM PHT / 4 AM JST/KST (April 5)
• Australia: 6 AM AEDT / 8 AM NZDT (April 5)

If you're running on slower internet or just want to avoid the day-one chaos, preloading is available, so you can jump straight in the moment it’s live.

The Huntress Joins the Fight

The centerpiece of the update is the Huntress, a fast-moving, spear-wielding predator who blends melee combat with deadly precision. She’s a hybrid character who doesn’t just stab and dash; she commands beasts, uses elemental attacks, and even rides into battle on a mount.

She arrives with two ascendancies:
Ritualist: Sacrifices flesh and blood to unleash plague and chaos
Amazon: Focused, disciplined, and built for precision and elemental power
And she's not alone! The Witch, Warrior, and Mercenary also get fresh ascendancy options.

First PoE 2 Reset

With Dawn of the Hunt, Path of Exile 2 is getting its first full economy reset, which is always a major moment for the game. Trading, crafting, PoE 2 item values, and loot all reset across the board. Everything starts from zero.

• Rogue Exile encounters: PvP-style battles against AI-controlled exiles using real builds and gear
• Azmerian Wisps and spirit-infused boss fights with talisman socketing.
